The Ethan Falkowitz Be More Than a Tennis Player scholarship honors Ethan’s legacy by supporting a young tennis player who demonstrates the same qualities Ethan lived by: pro-active kindness and unwavering compassion; hard-working and relentlessly driven; fun-loving, positive and encouraging; focused, goal-oriented and passionate; and a true team player, leader and role model, both on and off the tennis courts. The scholarship will cover one season of registration at Sportime.

Application deadline is 7/1/26.

Eligibility

• Open to students in grades 4–8 (as of Fall 2026).

Criteria

• Recipients will be selected by Sportime and The Ethan Falkowitz Foundation. Applicants will be evaluated based on short-written (or video) responses to the below. Submission of an application does not guarantee receipt of a scholarship.
